A Typical Month in AfterSchool

Every month we spend time working on our reading, writing and speaking skills. The first week of the month we spend time reading books in the classroom. Everyone reads on their own, at their own level and one by one get a time to read to Paula sensei.

  Another day is spent on Journal writing. The children each get to draw a picture and write about it. This month we wrote about what we like about Christmas!

1. Of course, every week we sharpening our vocabularies and speaking skills by answering/asking questions and playing games!
