Who Stole the Cookie

It’s not exactly a Nursery Rhyme but it is an excellent and fun song to enjoy.  It goes WHO stole the cookie from the cookie jar? Then we pick someone, Tom, stole the cookie from the cookie jar. Tom says, WHO me? We say, Yes, you! Tom says, Not me. We say, Then WHO? And Tom picks another person. We do this using each other. Then at last one person says, Yes me!

The kids just love acting this song out. I also do it with a book. The kids have to match the footprint in the book to the guilty person. Here are the pictures of everyone showing their foot.
