Loving Our Nursery Rhymes!

This month the main focus is Nursery Rhymes but actually we have been doing Nursery Rhymes all year round. I usually add one or two Nursery Rhymes to each month. I can’t imagine teaching without including Nursery Rhymes. It’s how I taught my own children, it’s how I was taught and my father was taught too. A couple of favorites this month are Little Miss Muffet…(This is one from a previous month and the kids love it!)

 

 

Little Miss Muffet, sat on her tuffet. Eating her curds and whey. Along came a spider and sat down beside her and frightened Miss Muffet away!

This month we added I’m a Little Teapot and the Rabbits are really getting into it.
