Our Yummy Vegetable Garden

We have had an exciting week! Our vegetables have been growing fast with this rain and a little bit of sunshine. We were really happy to see a CUCUMBER on the vine today. We cut it off the plant. We asked our school chef if she could prepare the cucumber for our lunch! The school chef say YES! I wonder how the cucumber will be prepared for our lunch? What do you think?

The next day … we had cucumber with our pumpkin salad. It was very yummy and fresh!

Everyone ate the cucumber! It was exciting to see our very own cucumber for our lunch.

We use our garden growing experience for our Journal drawing and writing practice. We got to pick and touch a our own grown GREEN PEPPER! Rabbit class enjoyed drawing the green pepper from our vegetable garden.
