Planting our Morning Glories!

On Tuesday we planted our morning glories!

Everyone got a chance to examine the seeds, make a hole in dirt for the seeds, and together we planted 3 seeds in each. Some of our students were surprised, because they thought the flowers would appear suddenly.

 

Afterwards in lesson time, we learned how flowers need both sun and water to grow. We pretended to be baby seeds, and then pretended to grow after receiving sun and rain. The next day we went to check on our flowers, but they still haven’t sprouted.
