Recess & P.E. Time

Now is the season where the children are thinking about and are more interested in the horizontal bars, especially the Elephants! Almost every recess we go outside to the bars and they practice flipping over the bars. The ones that can do it encourage the others with “ swing your legs over” and a lot of “push.” Everyday the children are getting closer to reaching their goals!

Inside the Pandas practice with the special inside horizontal bar to get better and the Elephants practice the vault or jumping horse. Then they switch the gym equipment. I swear I think some of those Elephants and Pandas are frogs! Amazing! I don’t remember ever doing gymnastics like they do! Can’t wait for Sport’s Day, can you?
